All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
2. Coaching Services & Programs
Coaching sessions and programs are non-refundable once purchased.
If rescheduling is needed, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
3. Physical Products (if applicable)
Refunds/exchanges for defective or damaged physical products only within 2 days of receipt. Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it and may restrict future access to our services.
